Joe came to my house for a leak problem, He not only clean out the pan and drain lines that were in very bad shape but he also installed a safety devise so that my system would shut down if the water backs up again. I only wish I would have called Penguin Air before, I had maintenance done by another company that resolted in this mess not to mention my ceiling damage. Joe was courteous and very professional. It was Sunday afternoon after I came back from church my home was in the high 80's, The tech from Penguin air was here in less than an hour, on a weekend? after calling half the phone book I couldn't believe how fast they were out here I was sure I would be without air for the rest of the day! Tech came out and had the system running in less than 30 minutes. I strongly recommend Penguin Air. I called an other AC Company for service and they were trying to sell me a new system, as they said that my system could not be fixed. I called Penguin Air and had them give me a second opinion, the technician without hesitation called somebody and immediately told me that he could have the part here by tomorrow morning, He ordered the part and got it fixed the next day. We really couldn't have asked for more polite, courteous or responsive service. I'd recommend Penguin Air Conditioning to anyone! Around 8 Pm I called for service, they were prompt to pick up the phone and before I realized the Penguin Air truck arrived at the door. The repair was quick as he had parts in the truck. I was impressed. I live out of the state, Penguin Air was recommeded by a neighbour. I called for emergency service at approximately 7:30am after a restless night with no air called penguin air for service, moments later about 1 hour later to be exact a technician was here. by 10am a crew was here, they set up their equipment and materials and went to work. I was there during the whole installation and I soon realized that they are a good experienced crew. By 4pm job was completed and I must say I am so very impressed by their service, knowledge and clean work they performed. I really appreciated the way they interacted. Sincere thank you, —Mike & Sara The new system is terrific, Stephen....I recognized immediately , how right, was the suggestion that pouring money into repairs of an older system, with the idea of squeezing as much use out of sit, as possible, was the utmost in foolishness. I had been spending upwards of 200 dollars a year for maintenance on a system that provided questionable cooling. Vent temperature that I measured almost daily never was cooler than about 74 degrees... as compared to the new system, Rheem, that gets down to 60 degrees at vents with no effort at all. ...additionally, there is noticeably more air volume coming out of the ceiling vents. I'll be glad to note the Kilowatt hours saved over the next three months. and let you know the dollars saved on the electric bill. Best experience I've had with air conditioning companies, my air conditioner died out late afternoon just as I got home from work, I called the company that I had maintenance service with, and an answering service picked up and for the next two hours being in an unbearable heat I called them again, the same operator from an answering service picked up. I immediately went online and found Penguin Air, they were here in an hour got me cooling, the other company did not even call me that night, I never thought I would be so greatful for this guys to show up as they did, had the parts quick fix, Penguin Air is now my official AC Contractor of choice! — Larry T. |
